Once you have an approved application though, you can e-mail your interest in a doodle you think would be a good fit for your family; adoption@doodlerescuecollectiveinc.org stating that there is an application on file and you would like to be considered for (name of dog).

Comment by Siobhan on January 11, 2016 at 12:33pm: We live in Algonquin. Very close. Fenced in yard, plenty of room for her. We have no other animals and have been looking to adopt a Golden doodle for a long time. We have 2 sins 12 and 15. Izzy would be their dream come true. There is also somebody home 80% of the time. She sounds perfect for us. She would be loved and very well taken care of! Our missing member! I filed an application.

Comment by Jill on October 20, 2014 at 7:28am: Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you all know that there will be a Midwest Doodle Romp held in Fishers, IN on Novermber 1st. We would love to get as many doodles and their owners to participate in this as possible. There is no charge for this event and there will be discounts at a local Drury Inn and Suites. There will also be a raffle to benefit the DRC. If you are interested, please message me on here and I get you in contact with the person in charge. Thank you and I hope to see everyone there!

We need to find some good doodles for our now three girls to play safely with. It's so hard to find friendly, good dogs for ours to play with. Our newest is only 17 weeks old and we need to socialize her with other dogs. Please let me know if anyone lives near and would possibly want to set up a play date.

Comment by Susan & Randy's Kate on September 25, 2014 at 2:21am: I love Wisconsin. We spent summers in a little cabin on Trappers Lake near Grandview. My dad brought us there with no running water or indoor toilet the first year. Grass was 3 foot high and our only transportation during the week was a row boat with a 1.5 horse motor. My sister and her daughter live in Hayward. Beautiful country there. Our girl has grown five inches in 8 weeks.

Comment by Susan & Randy's Kate on August 2, 2014 at 3:54am: The breeders were Connie and Mark from Bodacious Bulldogs. I was impressed with their facility and how friendly Kate was with them. She is intermittently shy and rambunctious. She is getting along great with the puggle and dachshund. Potty training seems to be partway there.
