Puppy Tongues

Ok so weird question, does any one out there get the feeling that their puppy will never grow into their tongue? Moose is 6 months old and I swear I never noticed this with Loki but I think Moose's tongue is about the size of a great danes....

He's a large puppy, weighing in at around 70lbs a week or so ago but I swear about 10lbs has to be all tongue! Just curious if any one else has noticed this about their puppy :)

Haha! I will be holding him in my lap and his tongue will be almost wrapped around my forearm- why? Idk! Maybe because it can't fit into his mouth?

I do think some tongues are larger than others.  Charlie has a small thin (in thickness) tongue and Beau tongue seems huge.  But then Beau is about 3 inches taller too! He is a big boy and a big boy needs a big tongue! LOL

That is an impressive tongue Moose. Annabelle's is small and she rarely shows it.

I thought Oscar's tongue was long... Moose has Oscar beat, hands down! LOL. Oscar never did grow into his tongue. It's still extra big/long for his size, as are his paws. Some dogs just have longer tongues. Just curious, is Moose a noisy, messy drinker like Oscar?
