Doodle Rompers...Helga suggested for fun we could  have a Halloween costume contest Sunday October 30 at the Arbor Dog park.  What do you think?  Are you interested and is your Doodle willing to strut it's stuff.

Admins can still send group messages even after you disable the option for all group members.

It doesn't happen that often, Karen, but I like to send occasional group messages, so I will leave it. Thanks for the option though.

The group administrator can use the group option settings to eliminate the "send message to group" option. Most of us have done that in the groups we administer.

JUST SO OTHERS KNOW, ONE CANNOT RESPOND TO A MESSAGE SENT TO THE GROUP. IN GENERAL, A MESSAGE TO THE GROUP IS SENT MORE AS INFORMATIONAL.   IF YOU WANT TO SEND A GROUP MESSAGE, AND WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PUT A WAY OF RESPONDING BACK TO YOU - LIKE A LINK TO YOUR PAGE ON DK.

So Clooney has already passed up Kona's 3 month weight.  Kona had 3 more growth spurts at 4 months (15 pounds), 5 months (19 pounds) and final spurt at 8 months (24 pounds).  He stayed at 24 pounds for 2 full years before his health scare and medication pushed him to 30 pounds in one month.  (Kona's mom is 40 pounds.  She had her last litter of full siblings to Kona late last year.  I would have loved to have another one, but had to resist)

And this is Kona's full sister Bonnie from the same litter. The breeder gave me first choice of her top two picks of the litter of 10.  After I chose Kona, she kept Bonnie as her own.  She is 24 pounds.

Helga, I found my old entry on a weight tracking thread. Here are kona's weights for comparison for Clooney.

Kona didn't max out until 8 months
8.5 weeks, 3.5 pounds (Kona was the runt of the litter of 10. All of his siblings were 6 to 7 pounds at 8 weeks)
3 months, 9 pounds
4 months, 15 pounds
5 months, 19 pounds, 15 inches tall at the whithers
6 months, 19 pounds, 15 inches tall
6.5 months, 22 pounds
7.5 months 22.5 pounds
8 months 24 pounds 16.5 inches tall at the whithers.
10 months 23.5 pounds
10.5 months 25 pounds
11 months 24 pounds
11.5 months 24.5 pounds.
