Jolene, March 27 is Easter Sunday, which may be difficult for some.

Karina, Gwyn will chime in when she can, but she likes a guy at The Pet Set in Long Beach off Cherry & Carson also a boarding facility.

Welcome Karina and howdy neighbor!  I'm also a Lakewood resident.  I usually do my own grooming but I recently took my doodle to It's a Doodle on South at Bellflower Blvd just behind Denny's.  They did an okay job, better than others I've experienced.  You need to be very specific on what cut you want though.  I'm not a fan of Your Elegant Pet off Lakewood & South, they shaved her down to the skin leaving several clipper burns and took no responsibility for it!  Our group has reviewed grooming if you were interested in eventually doing it yourself, I learned a lot during our doodle romps.  Looking forward to meeting you. 

Just curious I see you are a camper, where is it you like to camp?  We are avid campers, favorite location is Lake Mohave; boat in camping for our own dog beach! lol

CAROLYN, we need to plan another romp?  I'm free March 27 or April 10, hint hint.  There are two other doodles that might be interested in attending also from a Facebook doodle group?

Hi everyone, new to the group and to goldendoodles.  Baylor is 16 weeks and can't wait for his last set of shots.  We live in Lakewood, work in Los Al and love the beach.  Hope to meet up with all of you soon.
