How could he not have won with that sweet "Do you want to cuddly with me" look. Now we can add "Models" to our S. CA group of therapy and CGC dogs.

Kona had his own little win this week. His breeder had sent out a request for photos of her past doodle pups that she could use on her new business cards, and she chose this photo of Kona. He'll be receiving a little care package in the mail for his "model" fees. I sent several other more "formal" ones with him sitting up and looking very properly doodlish, but she liked the very casual "doodle flop" look the best. I think we all probably have lots of photos of this typical doodle pose!

Great news!! We won!!! Besides visiting with our therapy dogs, we do room makeovers at assisted living centers, give dog stuffed animals to children in hospitals, and now plan on getting books for brain injured children for our read to the dogs program. Thanks for all your votes---it truly made a difference!

Hi everyone! Hey can you vote for me? Kirby and I belong to a dog therapy group called Pet Prescription Team. Anyway, the charity with the most votes get $10,000. Voting closes at 10AM tomorrow. There is a youtube video of the dogs at the Cal-State Fullerton Special Games. Kirby was there along with a few other doodles. You don't need to register to vote, just click on the Pet Prescription Team Character, then click on the vote button.
