I actually wasnt sure what you wanted the table for. I thought you meant for us to sit around. But if it's for a grooming table example, then I'll bring my grooming table.
Gwyndolyn, Super! I think just the grooming table would be fine. If we want to demo we can put the dog up on the table, but you choose which table would suit our purpose best.
I can bring my folding Costco Picnic table, but Paul needs to remind me! Maybe even my fold up grooming table that I really like
How about we have a SHARE WHAT YOU KNOW ABOUT DOODLE GROOMING ROMP, this Saturday? I'll bring my Doodle grooming supplies (I have Les Poochs Green Pro Brush). Each of you that are interested can bring what you have and we can demonstrate and compare the different products. I'll bring a sheet we can sit on. Does anyone have a sturdy table they would be willing to bring?
Sorry make that DoodleCountryStore, not CountryDoodle.
LOL...don't count on getting it anytime soon! I've had an order in with them for about 4 months now....heard lots of stories why, but the end result is , they haven't shipped out in months. They keep excepting orders, but nothing comes of it. I used a Virtual Credit Card, so the number has long since expired, so they couldn't ding my card. But others have said, they have been charged and played hell getting the charges reversed. Kemp from CountryDoodles, says maybe the end of the month, but he is not holding his breath since they keep pushing back the date. At this point, I'd much rather buy from him, when I know he has the product. He has a waiting list, should you want to join and be notified. Les Pooche said they would notify me as well.
If they have started shipping them again, then they lost my backorder that I've sent a few times. Here is the brush I use in it's stead. I thought the "self cleaning" feather would be a silly gimmick, but it turns out that I LOVE that feature! I use it all the time to push the hair out and keep moving on. http://www.amazon.com/Safari-Self-Cleaning-Small-Slicker-Brush/dp/B...
They also have one that looks very similar to the Les Poochs but I haven't tried that one. I got this one to hold me over until Les Pooch shipped, but it works so good, I'm happy with it. And for under $10 with free shipping if you are Prime.
On the www.lespoochs.com website
Helga, where did you order the Les Pooch brush from?
I've had the green Les Poochs brush on backorder for over 6 months. In the meantime, I use a much cheaper Safari one I got on Amazon and it's been working great for the undercoat AFTER he is totally combed out with the Chris Christensen wood pin brush and T-brush. I use the slicker on Kona only as the very last step for the cotton undercoat and only after any snarls or mats are removed with the sharp scissor. Maggie's undercoat is extremely thick and like soft white cotton candy, so the slicker is more important on her. (They both permanently hid or buried my very nice Chris Christensen T-brush with the metal prongs. I really liked that one! It's a nice compromise between the wood pin brush and the slicker brush.
