Hi, could anyone here please read my discussion on meningitis and let me know if you've ever had or heard of this? My poor baby is at the vets(overnight) They're trying to figure out whats wrong with him. I''m so nervous and upset.

Comiskey does look adorable. Yeah, I think Beckett looks cute but it's just too short for me. I think you're right Julie, it was a shock to see him when I was expecting something different. I love the longer hair around his face. I'm sure it'll grow fast.

Beckett looks wonderful....I know it is quite a shock after they get a cut but it grows so fast......Comiskey got her Spring cut and looked just like Beckett...nice and trim and her back fur was about 3/4 inch....well I have attached a photo 2 weeks later....like I said boy does it grow fast!

aww...jackie, beckett still looks adorable. i see what you mean though about his hair could being a bit longer...especially around the face. his face just makes me want to hug him! =)

I'll take that instruction sheet with me next time. I might go somewhere else. I've printed a couple of pics from Christine's site of cuts I like. I'm bringing them next time too. Some of the suggestions in the instructions of what not to do, I think she did to Beckett. ..around his face and ears you can really see the scissor cutting. Plus around his little butt I think she cut way to close! it seems very pink and it still is bothering him. I was so nervous to take him for this very reason. He does still look cute but it is not what I wanted.I can't wait for it to grow out alittle (hopefully fast) Here's a pic of his new do..

i can't wait to see the pictures of beckett! after i read your post i started reading more about doodle grooming.. i'm starting to get nervous about taylor's first cut already! although it is months away still....

I am sure it will grow back fast. If you can find pictures of how you want it, that might work better. There are 3different groomers where I go, I will only use one.

Well, I picked up Beckett. I'm not too happy. He looks cute but it's not what I wanted. I said I liked the tossled,longer look. It's a lot shorter than I wanted it. I'll post pics soon...haven't taken any yet. He's been asleep a lot. He's worn out from his adventure lol. I don't know if that's the way groomers cut it and expect it'll grow out (so you don't need to groom as often) or she just didn't do or understand what I wanted. Don't know how to explain it or should I try elsewhere? He really doesn't look bad it's just now what I wanted.

I am sure everything will be fine. Can't wait to see pictures. Taffy's hair seems to grow so fast, I take her to get groomed about once a month.
