Wendy, that's great! You'll really like Dr. T...she's very thorough and always helpful. =)

Seamus is doing very well! It's amazing how quickly they grow...I keep saying he looks like he's got the head of an old man on a puppy's body ;). I'd forgotten how much work a pup is (it was much easier back when we had no human babies LOL), but he's a smart little dood and very sweet!

Tracey, I forgot to ask, How is your new puppy doing?

Motta is absolutely huge already!! I have a feeling he's gonna be around 70-80 lbs full grown like his daddy!!

Tracey, I just wanted to let you know that Motta will be seeing Dr thompson on Thursday. She is a little farther away but will be worth it if they are good like you say :)

I have had Motta for around 10 days now and love him so much !! He hates his crate so he sleeps with us at night and I take him to work during the day. What a life!! He's such a good boy and learning so quickly.

Leslie, How are you doing with your new little puppy?

Buddy passed his TDI and CGC cerification last week. I am so proud of him. Now I will be able to take him visiting in the hospital I work at and hopefully help make people feel better and happier. Congratulations Buddy!!!.

Wendy, I'm so excited for you!

We've always gone to Bay Beach Veterinary Hospital (www.baybeachvets.com). They've just moved into a beautiful new facility. A very good friend of mine is a vet there, and I've always been pleased. Heidi Thompson is our vet, and while she definitely recommends vacs, she's very open-minded (she feels that exact way about vacs with her own kiddos, so I'm sure she's the same about the fur-kiddos!). It's kind of a hike for us, but worth it...they were amazing that last night with Tucker....

Beach Pet Hosptial is the only vet my family and I will use. It is on the corner of Great Neck Rd, and VB Blvd. We have been with them for over 15 yrs. They are great. Not to say there aren't other great ones in the area as well. Just my recommendation :)

I am going to lynchburg and getting a puppy from a breeder I found in the Richmond paper. Lisa Wyndham. I found her great to talk to and liked her immediately. She also has darker colored puppies than OMD had available.
Where is the Salem Vet CliniC? You will have to let me know if you like them.

I am thinking of trying the Holland Vet Hospital on the corner of dan neck and Holland. I live in Landstown meadows so it's close. I want to be a little conservative with his vaccinations so.. I have to find a vet that will work with me.
