Jersey looks so much like Luna did at that age :)
Have a look at some of my older pics and I'm sure you'll see the resemblance.
Adorable and minimal grooming ahead most likely but you may want to invest in a furminator ;)

This is specifically a goldendoodle look. It is one where the pup has a flat coat, no facial furnishings, has this higher ear set with a bit of fluff on them. They tend to look very similar to each other and much like miniature Golden’s. They’re just not the common perception of what a doodle looks like. They do shed. They all have very sweet faces with such expressive eyes.

I have a goldendoodle that looks just like your Jersey! She is only four months, but seems to be getting straighter hair instead of doodling out. Her ears are a bit curly just like your puppy even. I am pretty sure she will end up looking just like a retriever, but so far she is not shedding much at all. That is way more important to me than the doodle look.

She definitely looks like baby Luna :) More fluff on top though so she might be a bit more scruffy.
