Where's the Poodle in my Doodle?

I think Rosie is very doodle-y looking. Her coat looks similar to my Jack's, and almost everybody recognizes him as a doodle. And Rosie does have full facial furnishings.

One of my dughters friends (Who also has a Goldendoodle) asked what she was, when we said goldendoodle she gave a face that could only be described as horror and disbelief and said "I guess".

I agree. And regardless she is super cute.

Personally I am a big fan of the shaggy Labrador look anyway.

Gunnar's Dad, I suppose anything is possible, but when she is playing with out Doodles at socialization class I don't see her making the jump to look like them. Side by side there is a big difference. One person said that she looks like a retriever with a perm.

You might be surprised. She looks pretty curly and lots seem to doodle after a year or more.

Rosie is 9 months today. Rosie is certainly more doodley then she was when she was younger, but I don't think she will totally doodle out.
I think she has a goatee and Fu Manchu instead of a beard.

Funny, I often call Rosie old man.
I wish her shedding would stop. Often when she shakes her coat, it is like walking through a hair storm.
