Sophie and I are planning to attend depending on the weather. If there is not an indoor space available or if there is a rain date I would appreciate knowing as early as possible. We are both looking forward to the romp!

Dear Linda & Teddy,
Sorry I didn't respond earlier as I have been getting so many messages from doodlekisses and the pending training classes that I overlooked your message.. Thanks for the explanation of the doodle romp. Is it just doodles or other breeds too? My daughter has the doodle and lives closer to Madison than Milw. She may join this gp. in the future. Sounds like it would be fun and a great way to connect locally with other doodle owners. Her doodle is 4mos. old. I would like to attend a romp some day but may have to wait until the weather improves. Thanks for the welcome and I will stay tuned for further comments.

Hi Sherri, Welcome to the WIDOG group. A romp is a gathering of doodles and their owners. The doodles run and play and the people connect, share stories and enjoy watching the doodles at play. We usually take a group picture and individual pictures. If you click on WIDOG Romp Around the World or look at the events you will see the details.

No need to apologize. That is great that you know Laura. We may have met. What a small world. I have not been to the new facility since she had to leave the Sheridan location. I miss her daycare. I took Rusty and Gigi there every Monday. I will see her Thurs for a lecture on dogs in Milw I will tell her about this site.

Nicole, absolutely we can drive out together. It is pretty easy to get to, just let me know if you can. :) They ask a parking fee at the entrance. I think $3 or 5, but I'm not sure I remember.

OMG Nancy, sorry to jump into your post to Nicole...I love Laura and Loving Paws and her training class style. We meet there too for Playclasses and Brianna is in CGC and Duncan just finished level II. I have been going since her home, Sheridan, and now the new facilities. It is wonderful, we just need to have a bigger (any) outside area for spring. We probably have met before !?! we are in PLPR
