You can just see that she knows she and her babies are safe, there is such a look of peacefulness there. Thank you for sharing this beautiful moment with us.

Oh my gosh, you got her just in the nick of time! What a lucky little lady. I bet she will sleep well tonight. Beautiful photo of a beautiful family!

The pupplie look like Maltese and we have delivered (or at least assisted in the delivery) of a whole lot of Maltese over the years. The fact that they are Maltese indicates to us that she became pregnant while she was with someone (either a family or a puppy mill). There are not to many stud Maltese wandering the streets ready to impregnate another Maltese. Unfortunately, American Maltese Rescue could not locate her home. This is no problem now, she is clean, safe and will be well nourished and shown love. In a couple of months, her puppies will be weaned and she will have recovered form the trauma of her time on the street and be a pretty little maltese for a loving home. Right now, she is laying contentedly in a puppy pen licking her new puppies.

Wow! Sounds like you found her in the knick of time, and she was able to have those puppies in a warm, comfortable environment. Better days are on the way for all of them.
