I'm looking for F1b cream or apricot goldendoodle puppy to buy. I live in East Tn, but can drive 4 to 5 hrs away.

- What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
- Emma was our sweet goldendoodle. She sadly passed away recently from eating a small plastic top. Our whole family was devastated! Her former owners said that she had intestinal surgery when she was young. The vet thought that that lead to her death. We have another dog that we've had for 7 years, named Bo. He misses Emma terribly, too! They loved to chase each other around the yard!

I am so sorry about Emma. This is a great place to learn/share about doodles. There are many groups that you can join. For example, there are groups for grooming, nutrition, health/medical, types of doodles, puppy groups etc. Look at the top of your page and click on Groups - check them out. Enjoy!
I am so sorry to hear about the tragic death of Emma--that must have been a shock to all of you--I agree with the others--take your time to get the right pup for your family. It is best not to get a puppy on "the rebound" when emotions may cloud your judgement. There are lots of goldendoodle breeders though and you will find your special pup soon.

Be careful and don't be in too much of a hurry. The right replacement pup is out there, but be sure to get a good puppy. Testing is imperative! Selecting a good breeder is so important. I know you miss Emma, but you want another doodle that will be the right one for your family. Start checking with other doodle owners in your area to find out where they got their dogs. Good breeders are willing to ship but summer is not the best time for that and if you are willing to drive that is the best alternative (or fly and bring the puppy with you as carry-on luggage).

Hi Alicia and welcome to Doodle Kisses! I am so sorry for the loss of Emma and I'm sure all of your hearts are broken. Everyone here on DK is very supportive and their knowledge of Doodles is amazing. Have you thought about DRC and adopting a Doodle?
