Hello! Prepare yourself to fall completely in love! Ragley has taken over my world- I love her to pieces! She has been a little angel and is so smart! She does not love her crate at night, but it is definitely getting better and better each time we go to bed. Even though I have had to endure some pretty intense whining, I am glad I didn't spend the money on the snuggle puppy because it has freed up some extra toy funds and she LOVES all her toys! I'm not sure what you have gotten yet, but the toy that surprised me by how much she liked it was her stuffingless animal. I think it is called a "skineeez"? She carries that thing with her everywhere! Six more days!!! how exciting! I can't wait to see pictures!!!
OH MY Goodness....she is a sweatheart....not perfect, still a puppy, but such a sweetie! We are working on housebreaking, kennel training and leash training right now....she does fairly well. She doesn't care for the crate but does sleep in it every night for about 8 hours. We are getting up at 4:30 for a potty break then she sleeps until about 6. We try to stay on a routine as much as possible. No "accidents" (which means WE are getting better at this) in about a week now. The leash is not her favorite either....she would love to just run wild, but we just don't allow that. Overall, I would say she IS a smart pup. She is growing so quickly it is hard to take in.....I am sure she is gaining at least a pound a week and getting a bit lanky. We have LOTS of toys and things to chew (to protect our hands/arms/feet and furniture). Basically she gets my undivided attention all day, every day....for now. I sure an glad I don't work! LOL Enjoy your sleeping while you can and your bundle will be there soon. Those last few days of waiting were horrible!!!!!
