I am a stay at home Goldendoodle mom. My husband & I both are in our mid-thirties. We own a customizing shop, we do everything from small service on cars to extreme 4x4 building. We enjoy Jeep rides, 4 wheeling, yard work & many more outside activities. We have no children but our four legged, furry ones.
What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
Our Goldendoodle was born on February 19, 2011, his name is Wheeler. Wicket was born January 22, 2012, he is Newfoundland & Standard Poodle. We also have two cats, named Captain & Morgan.
Where did you get your doodle(s)?
Breeder
Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
We lost our Doberman after 13 1/2 years to bloat & cancer. We were very heart broken, when we were ready to bring home another family member, we just couldn't bring ourselves to get another Dobie, in fear that we would compare him to much to our beloved Piston. Friends of ours have Golden Retrievers, which we just love, but we were unsure of dealing with the hair, going from a Dobie to a Retriever, so thats when we decided on a Doodle.
What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
Playing frisbee & ball. Taking them on car rides. Taking them to our local dog park, so they can play with the other dogs. Teaching them new tricks and of course just plain cuddling with them.
Does your doodle(s) shed?
A little bit but nothing major
Who grooms your doodle(s)?
Groomer
Favorite Doodle Products?
Goughnuts, stuffed Kongs, frisbees, balls

Hi Angela, Stopped in to check out the photos of Wicket. OMG is he adorable!!! I'll be you are loving this new puppy and I'm sure Wheeler is in heaven! I hope your husband is all healed. : )
Just wanted to get back to you and say hello. For some reason I have been having problems with my emails. Some kind of setting I suppose. I worked on it for quite a while last night trying to figure it out. It has made it difficult getting the applications for Gia. But, I am happy to report that hopefully she will going to her new home soon if all works out. : )
Congratulations on your new puppy! Let me know when you post some photos! It is hard to believe that Sheba turned 3 in December and Duke will turn 3 in March. They are growing up so fast!
I really enjoyed your photos, some of them made me laugh! Wheeler is very handsome and a few of your photos reminds me so much of a foster I had, her name was Olivia when I had her but she is now known as Aja. She was adopted by a woman right here in town who now has 3 doodles. She is also a member of DK.
How on earth do you keep your boy clean?? : )
When I can get into some of my emails I need to reread the one you sent me. What happened to the old days where we just sent letters and made phone calls? lol
I am sorry I didn't respond to your email sooner but things have been so busy. I hope your husband is feeling better and things are getting back to normal.
I wrote to you about Gia and I know you said you weren't able to adopt at this time. In case things have changed I wanted to show you a photo of Gia. It isn't a very good one but she is VERY camera shy and it is very difficult to get a good photo of her. It was foggy out when this photo was taken. I believe she will be posted on the Doodle Rescue website and on Petfinder by next week. If anything changes and Brianna would go up for adoption again I will definitely let you know.
