Ok, so I'm a very observent person, and I still missed Tess changing from her baby teeth to adult teeth. I can't believe it! I'm in her face everyday cleaning her eyes, trimming around them, talking…Continue

Sunday, Tess joined thousands of people in downtown Portland Oregon walking with the Jimmy Conway team. She will soon be 5 months old and did a great job. She loves people, so it seemed like a wonderful opportunity Sunday to bring her along. The weather was great and we walked with many of the original Portland Timbers including Jimmy Conway which now has had Alzheimer's for a many years. A great walk, for a great cause, with wonderful friends.

Thanks Tess! I will check with Sharee (or Dogtown). I appreciate your help!
Hi Tess, this is Debbie from the Portland Area Doodles group. Was it you who mentioned, at one of last season's doodle romps, the name of a doggie daycare that you really liked, and possibly having them host upcoming doodle romps? My memory is shot, its been so long, but I am looking around the metro area for a new facility in which to host the romps. Most that I've contacted won't, due do not being opened on weekends except for check ins and check outs. I'd love to hear your recommendations :)
I love your profile picture :)
Hey Bev! It was good seeing you last weekend! You asked about Oscar's slow feeder at the Doodle Romp... I wanted to give you more info, so here's a link:
http://www.amazon.com/Northmate-Green-Modern-Interactive-Feeder/dp/B009CKHXYU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1362601980&sr=8-1&keywords=green+feeder
Amazon, btw, is the best price I've found on the net (its actually gone down a couple dollars since I purchased one). Shipping with this vendor is free, too, with the FREE Super Saver Shipping option (on purchases over $25, for which this qualifies). Oscar's regular feeding time went from 30 seconds to 10+ minutes with this feeder, and he no longer urps up his meals from eating too fast (plus, he's less likely to suffer from bloat as he ages). We had tried 2 other slow feeding bowls/balls, with absolutely no luck at all. This one does the job, hands down!
Thanks for the DK welcome. Joey was also born in May, he's about 9 months now... Maybe we'll see you at a Portland doodle romp!
Meggie can't wait for another play date with Tess, it was great to meet you guys! Will touch base when I get back from my business trip.
Take care!
Kami and Meggie
Doodle hugs,
Hope & Sharee
