Thanks for your message. I don't know how big Riley will be but I'm predicting around 55/58 lbs final weight. A general rule is to double the weight at 16 weeks and add up to 10 lbs for the final weight. I'm happy Riley is going to be big as I would have chosen a standard if I could. They are like teddy bears : )
Hi, I also have a chocolate LD born April 17th called Riley who also likes to jump up to welcome me home. Check out the KIKOPUP youtube videos on clicker training which are really easy to follow. There is one there on this very subject. our puppy looks mighty similar to mine!! Riley is now 17 weeks old and weighs 28 lbs!
Hi Catherine, your puppy picture really caught my attention! We also have a choc med ALD, and they must be really close in age. Tess was born May 2 and both your pictures look so much like ones we have of her. Is Raylan's hair changing since you brought him home? I joined the Chocolate Group and read some of the posts and replys.....they can really do some major changing I guess. Hope your enjoying your pup as much as we are :)
