What can I say about week 4. I love this dog and honestly can't remember life before Cooper.
As I write this he's lying on my feet (though he has a bully stick to keep him occupied lol). I feel compelled to write a bit of a cheesy post. I have been a pretty indepedent person. I've lived alone for about 10 years and haver really only had to look out for myself.…

Another week with my pup and I feel like I don't remember life before Cooper! I love this little guy so much it's ridiculous.
He continues to do well and is growing like a weed. He's up to 18 lbs (at 11 weeks) and seems to be clumbsier the bigger he gets! We had a week free of accidents (yah!) but his first little puke. It was this morning in his crate and it was clear liquid. It hasn't happened since and his stools are normal so I'm not too fussed. …

So I remember my saviour (Sue) at the pet supply store down the street said to me last week 'just wait until next week... when he's got more courage and energy'. I just kind of brushed it off rather than stressing too much about what week 2 would hold. Sue was right in MANY ways but week 2 is now behind us and we made it :).
Cooper definitely has a lot more energy…

Well it's been a week and a day since Cooper came home and I have to say that it's been a pretty great week! I think I was bracing myself for the worst based on all that 'good luck sleeing' and 'I hope he doesn't ruin your floors' I was getting from people leading up to his arrival. This little guy has been SO great and I am so happy with how he's settled in. Here are a few highlights and challenges from week one:…

We're So happy you joined the DK family!
Enjoy...
She has gone nose to nose with a few that I knew were vaccinated. She did show signs of being scared so I am anxious to get her more socialized with dos of all sizes.
Hi Elizabeth! Welcome to DoodleKisses :) This site has saved my sanity multiple times.... and now I am completely addicted - watch out!
Cooper is SOOO cute! And you're lucky that he is a night owl. Our puppy, Chance, is the only "morning person" in the family. At 6am, without fail, he's bouncing around looking for things to do, lol. While we're all still exhausted in bed.
Not that you are getting much sleep these days ;)
