- I am a 30 something mom of 2....happily married and live in Southeastern MA. I am a registered nurse and work in the ER of a city hospital in MA.
- What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
- We have a 1 yr old Pyredoodle named Cannon =) He is the love of my life and he is the BEST family dog anyone could ever ever ask for!! He is smart, handsome, never sheds, hardly barks (unless he is playing) and is just all around AWESOME!!!

- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- A friend had purchased a Pyredoodle and she was just the most mild mannered sweet girl....I started researching into "doodles" in general but also have a friend with a Great Pyreneese (who is also a wonderful dog) so I decided on the Pyredoodle and I am SO happy with my decision!!
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- Cannon loves to swim, play, run and make friends! His 2 best buddies are a 120 lb lab/german shepard mix and a 5 lb yorkie...one lives on one side of us and the other on the other side!! Cannon is about 70 lbs now and is about 2-2.5 ft tall so he is big in comparison to the little yorkie but looks small next to our neighbors lab mix. He rarely barks, only when he is playing with people really, I always laugh about him being the worlds worst watchdog but the worlds BEST family dog!!!

- I bought him the cutest "doodle" ornament for xmas!! I would love to find a large size coffee mug with him on it!! =)

Jennifer - I saw in your profile you are looking for a mug with a photo of Cannon on it. I bought one for my husband last Christmas from Zazzle.com - you can upload your own photo and also write something personal below the photo. My husband uses it everyday.
Your photos are lovely and is your famly! Cannon is a big boy! Our Charlie is a medium ALD and weighs about 39 lbs now. He is 1.5 yrs now - so I would guess this is as large as he will get. Prior to Charlie, had a very large black standard poodle Wilbur. He passed 2 years ago and we just did not want to be without a dog, so we found Charlie. He has helped heal our hearts.
Hi Jennifer! We're over in Norton MA....about 35 minutes from you...but travel frequently up to Plymouth to walk the dogs, especially on the Plymouth Beach. Would love chatting doodle with anyone local:) Unfortunately, I don't know anyone in the area that does dog sitting (I'd be happy to watch Cannon if you needed someone, but am not that close). I never leave my two and I feel the same about the crate. Matter of fact, Grover had to go for an Echocardiagram last month and instead of leaving him crated in back for the entire day waiting for the doctor, I sat for 8 hours with him in the waiting room....long story;) I do know of a doggy daycare in Middleboro, have met the owner and had my dogs groomed their once...but I have no experience as far as leaving them.
