Our beautiful, sweet Scooby died very suddenly on February 15th. We are heartbroken and devastated. Our house is so lonely. We would love to bring another doodle into our home as a companion to Bella. If anyone knows of a doodle in the Pittsburgh area who needs rehomed, please let me know. I know we will be able to give this dog the best home possible.

Yesterday Bella was spayed. Thank goodness for our vet, Dr. Gross! As usual he made this procedure much less stressful because he picked up our Bella girl at our home around 9:00 a.m. and took her to his office to do the operation. Around 11:30, I received a text message saying "Bella is out of surgery, still sleepy, but out of surgery". Obviously, this was a relief for me to know my baby had done well "under the knife". He texted me again to let me know what time he would bring Bella…

We adopted a new Goldendoodle puppy named Bella. I found her advertised on line for rehoming. The owner was moving and they were only permitted one pet in their new residence. Since they already had a 4 year old Goldendoodle, they needed to rehome their 15 week old Goldendoodle. I couldn't believe my good fortune. After losing our Goldendoodle, Champ, after almost 17 years, our home was so empty and lonely. After several e-mail communications with Bella's owner, we made arrangements to…

It is with great sadness that I tell you that I lost my beloved Champ on Sunday. Champ was the sweetest doodle boy you can imagine and I miss him more than anyone can know. My heart is sad that he is gone, but he lived almost 17 years and had a happy life. I hope he is romping with his brother Buster in doggie heaven. I miss that…

Thank you for the welcome comment! Yes, we are close neighbors. I haven't taken Olive to the dog park yet because she is not spayed yet. She is getting spayed on Thursday. I want to take her to the dog park but I know a lot of people that said their dog got bit by other dogs there. I think she would love it though! Nice to meet you guys.
Thanks for the comment! Do we ever have an doodle events around the South Hills? I think that it would be fun!
Happy Birthday Lauren! Have a great, great day and hopefully you get some big Doodle Brithday kisses too:)
Hi, Lauren! I was actually working that day when I met you. I live in Pennhills, so it is a bit distance from South Park. But I am often there with my clients! I hope to see you again!!
Hi, Lauren! It's Kyoko, I met you at the South Park today!!
Hi Lauren, thank you so much for the wonderful welcome. We're very excited. I'm actually researching as many training manuals, puppy classes, vet info, and all other pup related info at the moment. I want to be as prepared as possible. If you have any ideas or suggestions for a new doodle mama, please do not hesitate to share your expertise. :) I hope Scooby and Bella are doing well, and hope you and your family are having a wonderful thanksgiving.
Lauren: I'm sorry for your loss as well. Champ was such a beautiful puppy, and I can only imagine how hard it was and probably still is on you. I'm really looking forward to geting that chance to give a new puppy a home that is filled with lots, and lots of love. He will certainly be spoiled.
Lauren: Thanks so much for sharing this site information with Marilee to pass along. It will be so nice to get to meet other Doodle lovers and see photos of their dogs, and learn so much more. We don't get to pick up Riley until December 8th, and I can't wait. In the meantime, I'm going to post some photos of my puppy Midnight, who we had to have put to sleep after he lost his battle with prostate cancer. He was such a fun, loving, and crazy puppy dog. He had a wonderful personality, and was loved by so many people. I'm sure you'll be able to see his crazy personality shining through on his pictures. Thanks again for sharing the info, and hopefully I'll get to meet you at the store one of these days. Happy Thanksgiving.
Lauren,
I just noticed you are from Pittsburgh. Yes, we got him in eastern PA, Greenville, from Dog Gone Doodles. We just got him 3 days ago, so its new and exciting for all of us!
