About Me:: My husband, Ron and I have lived in San Diego CA for 60 years and have just moved to Temecula, CA. to be closer to our daughter, Heather, son-in-law Jerry and our wonderful grandsons. Jeremy is 5 and Brayden is 3. They are precious and we're having a great time.
I'm retired from hospice administration and my husband is a financial planner.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: We have a beautiful med.size English goldendoodle named Beckett. He is almost 6 months old and he's a terrfic dog. He is very mellow most of the time and we're crazy about him. He's great company and very sweet.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: People who have them rave about them. I have been a dog lover all my life. I've developed some allergies so the low shedding factor has great appeal. Everyone says they are so sweet and loving and we are finding that to be the case. He's just perfect for us.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Beckett loves to do "zoomies" around the house. He likes to gather up everything that is not his and then he turns his back to you as though you can't see him. So far the only things he has destroyed have been his own soft toys. He also likes it when I comb him everynight...could be the bone I let him chew on.

Favorite Doodle Products?: Chris Christensen metal comb and their daily shampoo and conditioner. I have had several silver name tags made from Urbanpuppy on the Etsy website. They are adorable. We use California Natural lamb and rice which he likes and the dried chicken filets as a special treat.

At 10:27am on April 16, 2012, Nancy, Ned, Clancy, and Charlie said…: We live in the southeastern section of Riverside called Orange Crest. We take our dogs to dog parks for romps and when we are traveling in our RV. We rarely have problems, but the few times we have, we just leave. There is a romp this Saturday in Seal Beach (Long Beach) at Arbor Dog Park that is a fund raiser for IDOG (rescue organization) from 12:30 to 3:00. We are going to be there. Perhaps you would like to bring Beckett to meet lots of other doodles.

If you aren't looking only for Almond Blossom doodles, we live in Riverside and would enjoy meeting up for a play date with our dogs.
