What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: black Goldendoodle named Axl. Our cat Ruby is not a happy camper!

Where did you get your doodle(s)?: Breeder

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: We used to have a purebred Golden Retriever. We like the look and qualities of the doodles.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: watch him play with crushed ice cubes.

Poor Axl

Sunday my husband noticed a lump on Axl's right side by the end of his rib cage. Our mobile vet came on Tuesday & didn't think it was anything to worry about. We took Axl to our other vet (our mobile vet only does vaccinations and minor bloodwork). The vet took a fluid sample & the test came back with not so good news. There were "angry" cells with "multiple nuclei". So today we had the lump removed for additional pathology testing. Poor guy has a nice bald patch and a 3"…

We were supposed to pick one from the younger litter, but ended up falling for one in the older litter. We picked up last weekend. I very much remember Axl. We had 6 to choose from, and narrowed it down to BB who was Green/Purple and the Cream male. He was such a sweetie! We love our BB and are so happy and pleased with him. You may be surprised how well he does, BB did amazing on night one, and has slept through the night each night so far (for more details, i just posted an in depth description of our first week in the puppy madness group). I love it here! Actually there are a few other of their litter mate's here, have you found Stanton yet? Where do you live? We live south of Scranton in PA.
