Our doodle got bit in the face by a girlie. The wound is small but I have no clue what to do next. The bleeding has stopped but do I take him into the vet? Please help.

Silly boy thinks he's a lap dog. Little does he know he will be between 75-85 pounds in the near future.

Wondering what you all do for exercise with you doodles? I know they need both leash time and free play. How long of a walk do you take them on as baby puppies vs. the adolescent/adult years? Also…Continue

Hi Lisa ~ love the photos of Samson. He I so cute and has big feet! Either of them would make an adorable Christmas card! Welcome to Doodle Kisses!
Welcome the DoodleKisses - the best website around for doodle lovers everywhere. I'm glad you are thinking about exercise already because he may be needing a lot of exercise. Fortunately, he will be rather homebound during the winter months both because of your weather and his shots. Do you have a nice backyard for him to eliminate. The kids can take him out frequently for short periods which should work out well. Then springtime! Ah, long walks and romps in the park. All of my doodles have been very energetic and need a lot of exercise. We try to take them out daily. Take a look at my photos to meet my dogs, first a labradoodle, then a goldendoodle, now an ALD and a Jackapoo. Love the poodle mixes. We had poodles before we got started on the labradoodles.
Congrats on your pup! I was so excited and nervous before Margot came. She grew up so fast! Take lots of pictures :D Thanks for helping me rethink about giving her the piece of wood. I should probably treat her wood chewing as any other behavior she shouldn't do. Margot loves playing with other dogs, so if you're interested in a doodle playdate let me know!
