I work part-time as a nurse-midwife (yep, I deliver babies) currently working in a hospital setting, used to do home-births.

Ginger, a shy girl found roaming with 2 other labradoodles on the streets in Riverside, rescued July 2010, when she was about 18 months old.
Max, adopted through DRC at 9 months old, owner relinquished Dec 24, 2010. Turned 1 year old March 2011.
Mittens, black and white Tuxedo cat, rescued December 2008 when she picked us out to be her "staff". Very patient with all these doodles!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

Love the goofy nature of a lab, but after 13 years of shedding was tired of it... Wanted a medium or large dog that was smart, great with active kids and fun to play with.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Walk, dog park, car rides to new places, drop off/pick up 2-legged kids from all their stuff.
