Hi Beth, I just found out that the MD Romp Around the World hosted by Annapolis Area Doodles has been postponed due to the predicted bad weather. I sent you a message on FB with details. It will be help next Sunday, May 1st instead 9-11 AM. The location has been changed to Happy Tails Pet Resort in Crownsville, MD. www.happytailspetresort.com Sorry for the late notice. Just got the email from Lisa and Tim. Patty
Thank you for adding the Annapolis Romp Around the World.... I have communicated with you on FB. It wouldn't let me RSVP but I plan to be there.... I am new to Doodlekisses and loving it. What a great gathering of Doodlers!
Mercedes will be three this June. She is 55 pounds and very outgoing with people and does not show any shyness or apprehension. When she was a puppy she would be so laid back people that came to the hpuse thought she was a old dog. She is amazing and has never given us the bad habits you can get when they are young. The large group socialization is the only hangup for her, please advise.
Wow you seem you are very involved with doodles. How do you recommend to socialize a doodle at the romps. Mercedes is very playful with one on one but when taken to the romps she is scarred to death and does not move from her spot. I start feeling really bad and end up leaving within 20 minutes. Any suggestions on how to approach this without feeling so guilty?
Found your page in one of the talk threads. Thank you so much for taking on such a worthy cause! These are such special dogs & they deserve to find their special homes, no? :)
