For anyone who saw my earlier warnings last fall about a breeder advertising his dogs on here I thought you might want an update. After many e-mails encouraging me to report this man to the humane society and to the police, Dave Nikell from River Oaks Farm in Winnipeg Manitoba, had his farm raided by the local Humane Society in Winnipeg Manitoba and by the RCMP.
