Let's see, we've had Oscar home now for 2-1/2 weeks. That first week was a killer with Oscar not having a clue where he was suppose to go potty. Lots of indoor accidents, lots of trips outside that yielded no results. Lots of frustration and exhaustion (on my part!). What a crazy few days its been! Oscar came home Tuesday and man-oh-man, how could I have forgotten how frustrating, anxiety inducing and tiring POTTY TRAINING is! I'm certain Lucy was no easier, but its funny how you just seem to forget the parts of puppy raising that weren't AT ALL fun. I must go outside 2 dozen times a day, all hours of the day and night. We're getting a new puppy. Oscar, a multi-gen standard labradoodle (the smallest male of the litter). A new puppy really wasn't on our radar at all, not until my husband clicked on Lucy's breeder's website and saw she had a new litter of puppies (due to her family obligations, she hasn't had a litter in years).
