Great People I cant say enough about them. He will be very happy there and I am sure treated like a Prince.

He is close so maybe after sometime Jordan and he will have a play date.

We loved this experience very much.

 

Eli is up to...... 41.5 pounds! I was so happy at the Vet today. He looks normal now. The Tech told me he looks like a different dog :)

Last night I trimmed his nails. Talk about easy! He laid there and let me do it not fuss at all. If only Jordan was that easy...Jordan is 2 a man job to get her nails trimmed, worse with the dremel I bought for her.

We just got back from the Vet and he is 39.6p!  That's is up 6p! He is so handsome with some meat on his bones!

Eli is doing great, there is something to be said for a Doodle who can lay in your lap and who also has the fleece coat. Brian keeps telling him your so soft, yes you are. LOL

I thought Jordan was soft with her soft curl coat....Eli has her beat! Plus, he does not shed (but neither does Jordi)

It has been a week with Eli. All I can say is he is such a sweet heart! He went to the Vet on Wednesday. His weight was up from 33p (on Monday) to 37p. I went through some stuff to get him wormed. The 1st sample I brought in came up clean. I could see the Tape worms so I knew he had them. Friday, I brought in another sample, I made sure there were worms in that sample....CAME up clean! I told the Tech, not possible I brought a sample that had worms in it! I know what Tape worms look…

Eli came to our home yesterday and I swear he is the sweetest Doodle ever! Just a bundle of Doodle love. Gave him bath,he was so good,cleaned his wounds, shaved his wounds,cleaned his ears. He just let me do what I wanted.

He has some training,sit, down,he knows what a leash is. Last night be bought his leash to Brian to take him out! For me he goes to the door and whimpers. I did not walk he and Jordan together today they both went…

Today I was running around town buying things for winter ( new tires,a snow shovel,Safe Paws de-icer) I see this...* hear my best Info commercial voice* Snuggie for dogs! Jordan had to have one! You too could have one for the same low price of only $9.95! She will be the envy of all Doodles!

I am at Petsmart,I see this guy with a LD.I go up to him and I say Oh you have a LD so do I.( I am a very friendly person and I will talk to anyone.) I just start asking him questions, how old,what's his name,where did you get him(which he could not answer, he only said some where in WA) I start telling him about Jordan, I show him a picture.Then I say are you on Doodlekisses? He says what? I explain DK to him now he is looking at me like I am some crazy woman. I am not joking!

I had our consult with Kathy Sadaio,she is an Animal Behaviorist out here. I wanted to see her because Jordan does this thing with some dogs.Jordan will grumble at dogs who try to sniff her butt. I had been told by other trainers that this was normal and dogs speak for Do not do that.If the dog submits to her wishes(stops sniffing her) Jordan is great and will play. Jordan never fought,or bit another dog.

Basically do not worry it is normal.

With next weeks slide show "Home", I went through my old pictures to find the early ones of Jordan. Oh! what fun it was! She was so little. I have some videos, we were watching them this is what I found out...
