A few big weeks for Ludo!  

Mr. Ludo has some fear issues.  He is very shy and is scared of lots of thing, even things as small as really loud birds chirping. He is afraid on walks, he's startled when we're in the front yard and a car drives by.  He is startled by the noise of airplanes flying overhead.  He's afraid of big dogs or any dog barking at him. He even jumped when my sister stepped out of her car in front of him.

This was, again, a really low-key week of just working from home, but more like playing-with-Ludo-from-home, really. I am lucky to have automated a lot of what I do so I can do all this playing without falling behind on anything else.

Ludo's been home for about four and a half weeks now and I love him more every day. 

The last two weeks have been busy but low key.  Ludo graduated from puppy preschool on Saturday.  This class was mostly just for learning appropriate socialization and let me tell you... with Ludo, it was necessary.  He had such a hard time starting out first with being nervous and then with being a bully.  He finally caught his stride in the third week when he met his match in a Wheaton…

Ludo has been home for two weeks now. I can really tell that he's grown.

You guys, I am so excited. As I wrote about in my earlier blog posts, I was struggling a bit with selecting which puppy I wanted. I was deciding between two boys.  One was front and center, always doing goofy things and, I swear, always had a smile on his little face.  The breeder even called him the "happy happy puppy" and noted that if he had been a girl, he'd have kept him.
