Well I was walking Amante at the outside mall  today. As usual a women stops me and is loving my doodle and talking with me about how cute he is how soft he is etc. A man comes walking by with his THREE Pit bulls that are decorated in  chains and those collars that look like they have prongs on them, well one off the pitbulls goes crazy and scares everyone in the area especially Amante that is now on my head with his paws attatched like suction cups to my neck. The lady who was talking to me began yelling and screaming to the man who at this point is now having to handle all three pitbulls that were beginning to form a pitbull mob. People are grabbing their children and getting away other dogs are all going crazy. Security shows up with what i think was pepper spray. Animal countrol was there. The owner is getting very defensive as he is being yelled at by the crowd now forming.I was almost feeling bad for the owner. At this point Amante is around my neck trying to get in my shirt. When the owner yells out that if his dog hadn't sense what a pansy my dog was he would never of acted up. Well needless to say I now no longer felt the least bit sorry for him and well LOST it on him. Never  say anything bad about my doodle or you will see the Momma pitbull!!

I have always felt sad for those pet owners that have various breeds that are lets say "questionable". Who am I to tell you what to love. This guy ruined it for the rest of them.

Amante is fine by the way. My new friend (lady who was talking to me) And I went and had a cup coffee after and we were laughing at what it looked like to have Amante on my head. Ahhh my poor baby. Wish i had a camera.

That man should not have had a dog much less 3 dogs, obviously he doesn't know how to nuture an animal.  I have always been of the opinion that animals react to their owners and how they are treated.  Give me a "pansy" doodle any day of the week.

Sounds scary but good for you! I'd rathe rhave a pansy dog (not that yours is LOL!) than an attack dog!

Oh my gosh, I'm so glad no one was hurt.  I can't imagine why someone would be out and about with THREE dogs who are capable of not just frightening others but seriously injuring them.   Clearly these dogs were NOT under his control.  Stay home!!!!

I really, really, really hate dog owners like that, who actively encourage their dogs to be aggressive and out of control. It's a form of abuse and it makes me so sad for the dogs.

Yeah, that makes total sense... Amante is a pansy so it's all his fault. Pathetic logic at it's best. My two are the biggest pansies I know and I'll take pansies over attack dogs anyday! At least they know to go make friends when they sense a scared or fearful dog. Not attack it.

Don't you wonder why anyone needs three dogs who he cannot control? Glad everything ended without anyone getting hurt although I'm sure you were all somewhat traumatized.

Wow!  What a scary incident!  ANY three dogs on leash have to be trouble, but three scary dogs--and then for the owner to try to blame you for his own lack of control--whoa!  My blood would be boiling.  Glad you had a chance to chat with Amante's new admirer.
