Well most won't think this to exciting, but got up early this morning to let Riley out. It was raining hard, and he was kinda scared as it hasn't rained that much since he has been with us. I had to hold him as he took in the environment and conditions in under our gazebo. It was like a baby trying to figure out what the heck is going on. Didn't take him long to figure out that if he stayed under the eaves of the garage, he was sheltered and a good place to do his thing. I mean I was out with him for hours, just watching him trying to figure out what was going on. It was really cool, although not looking forward to winter. I am sure he is going to be sponge in the wet department. The one good thing is the only dirt I have is a whiskey barrel with a bamboo plant in it, as the rest of the yard is deck and gravel.

We got Neely at the end of winter with some snow piles still on the ground. He loved them he would go and roll on them and lay on them. Then the cold wet rain of spring came and he loved that too. He just loves the rain and wants to stay out longer than usual. He seems to like the wet grass on his feet too. He is really soft after a rain fall which is nice.

We couldn't get Ozzie to come in during the winter. He loved the snow and the cold. We were beginning to think he was part "snow dog". Hope you are feeling better after your fall.

Ned loves water falling down on him - sprinklers or rain. He is a California baby so I am not sure how he would handle snow.....

Samantha HATES the rain and to be wet - unless she is playing ball! It takes her forever to do her 'business' when the weather is not dry!
Charli couldn't care less about being wet! She jumps into her puppy pool, sticks her face on the bottom of her pool to blow bubbles! She also lays out on the lawn, chewing a toy in the rain. It will be a hoot to watch her in her first snowfall.
2 Doodles - so different!

Rain didn't cause Finn any concern at all. He will go lay on the lawn while it's raining.

Yup it's raining here too (Washington State), only the 2nd time since we got our Doodle Penny 12 weeks ago, her first time she was a bit confused, but today took it her stride. Funny how they always wait to shake until they get back indoors!
