We all know that Doodles are among the best breeds of dogs. And we all know that the American Kennel Club considers our Doodles as "mixed breeds". However, the AKC allows some mixed breeds in selected competitions and among these are agility and obedience.

Even though the AKC relaxed its "purebred only" criteria when its revenue was going way down and the numbers of purebred dogs being registered are at a low ebb; it is still a win-win proposition.

If the rest of the doodles are as sharp and athletic as our Holly, the purebred world will see a new surge of winners.
