Beautiful Nova Scotia!

Hi all, I just wanted to share some of the photos I captured during my recent trip to Halifax. I had some free time on the last day so rented a car and drove out to Peggy's Cove, where the famous light house is. These are some of the scenic shots I took with my point and shoot there, and along the way. I can't help but show off, the coast was so pretty, even on a freezing cold windy rainy day. I've cross posted this in the Photography Group.

Ok, so there is more to Halifax than picturesque fishing villages, but who can resist a good photo op and a chance to show off the beautiful Canadian east coast?

The light is amazing in the pictures.  They look gorgeous, I love love scenery unhindered.  These are definitely keepers.  Good for the soul on a dreary January day.

Love love love the east coast - your pics could be jigsaw puzzles - they are sooo beautiful. We have friends and family in Halifax, Tatamagush (spelling) and PEI and can't wait to get back there.

This is one of my favorite places, ( and Newfoundland).  My son lives in Halifax and my ALD will be coming from there so we will be visiting often this year, luckily!  Beautiful pics, lovely composition.

Duhhhh, not Darwin...I mean Quincy!  I was just looking at some postings of Darwin and had his name on my brain.  It is Donna and Quincy...how could I have made such a stupid mistake :(

Hey, you were closing in on Darwin country.  Darwin Doodle lives up there somewhere.  I love seeing all the colorful little villages.  Very nice photography!
