I knew I'd have a lovely time with Christopher ... I was out nearly all day. We had a great game of football, he does need to brush up on his defending, its too easy to get the ball off of him. We then went to pick his girlfriend up and she was looking after a little doggie, called Bel. She was great fun. We ran round and round for ages, Christopher got quite dizzy I think. Bel wasn't that keen on playing football, so we decided we would run in and out of the ditches at the edge of the park, the water was great. As you've probably guessed I love the water. Bel was a lovely white doggie at the start of the walk and when we'd finished she was the same colour as me! Result !! When we eventually got home, it was lovely and warm, so Bel and I settled down in my chair and had a bit of doze ready for the next round !! Christopher took us to Pets Smart in the afternoon, wow, what a great shop, all those toys, balls, treats and EVERYTHING. Christopher was looking for my Christmas present I think and whilst he was looking I thought I'd have a look at what was in one of the baskets, mmmm treat biscuits. That soon got Christophers attention back, he had to buy the packet of treats, apparantely I wasn;t supposed to eat them before paying for them !! There was rabbits in a huge glass cage as well, I thought rabbits were supposed to be in the field, but I suppose they have to go shopping as well.

When mum came home, she put her walking shoes on so I had to go out again, just to please her of course.

Today I went out with Winston (he's my favourite friend) and his sister Maggie, they're also doodles. We all went over to the woods and it was extremely muddy, mum and her friend almost fell over it was very slippery. Winston and I chased the squirrels, why do they have to run up the trees, its not fair, we only want to play! The lake was a bit chilly today, but still great fun. Mum threw the stick into the water and Winston and I swam out to fetch it. We had a race, I won! But Winston is a little older than me so he isnt quite so fast. When we came home I had to have a bath as mum said I looked like a mud monster. Mum had to go and do some more of that Christmas shopping stuff today, so I had a little sleep ready for when she came home. When we went to the beach later on, it was really foggy and we could hardly see, but luckily we knew where we were going. I'm now sitting on the sofa (don't tell dad) watching TV having had an absolutely lovely couple of days. I am a very lucky doodle.

We LOVE mud, but our mom, hates it. Just this morning, mom freaked out because we muddied up the floor and the bedding and the couches (luckily leather). It doesn't rain here too often, so she didn't think to close the doggy door. We had a great time. Ned and Clancy

I'd love for you all to visit and we could have great fun either at the beach or down the woods. There's loads of water to splash about in and as it rains quite often everywhere is very muddy.

You're right! You are one lucky doodle. I've never been able to swim in a lake. I waded once, but that was a long time ago. Maybe when Ned and Clancy come to visit, I'll come along, too. You could show us all the fun places to play.

We are coming to visit you. Our mom doesn't let us get all muddy like that and we KNOW she hasn't started her Christmas shopping yet. And when, we go to Petsmart, we never get to sample before we buy. You are soooooo lucky.
