Yesterday

Had a lovely day yesterday with my dad. I thought he was going to be doing is "mending the house stuff" all day, but............... he took me to the woods. We had a great time, chasing the squirrels (well I did, dad just watched) running in and out of the streams, and we ended up at the lake so I could have a splash about. Such heaven. Dad said when we went out he had a black dog, but came home with a muddy brown one. I had to have a bath when we got back, but I don;t mind the bath especially if its warm! Then I get that wonderful towel rub........mmmmmmmmmm lovely.When mum came home she was a little bit envious I think, but I cheered her up by making sure her dirty shoes were put outside in the garden........ she seemed to take a long time trying to find them, but I thought all dirty shoes had to go outside! Am I wrong?

Tomorrow Christophers at home (mums son) and that usually means lots of playtime, can't wait.........

That sure does sound like a Totally Doodle Fantastic Day...if I do say so myself!!
I mean...chasing squirrels and getting muddy...well...does it get any better than that??
I like the idea of hiding your Mums shoes...
I mean...you have to keep her "On Her Toes"...so to speak...
It's a good part of the training...you know...to hide something...and then let your Doodle Parents run and try to find it!! Lol...
