UPDATE...Could this be to good to be true???

UPDATE:  I called the breeder to see if "nature took it's course"..  It's a no-go ; (  And they have decided to not move forward with any more litters of goldendoodles.. 

Back to the drawing board we go!!  I am sad but I know it will happen when it's supposed too!!

 

I have finally convinced my DH to get a new baby brother for Bailey...  So I contacted the breeder where we got Bailey from last month.  She said she had taken a break from breeding but was planning a litter to possibly be conceived the middle of this month if nature takes the proper course. Our new baby would have the same daddy and a different momma...

 

So I was just sitting here on DK and dreaming of a baby doodle boy when I took out the calendar and counted from today...  And if the momma were to get pregnant today, my new baby would be born on my birthday...my 50th birthday at that... OMD, wouldn't that be the best gift ever!!!!

Keeping my fingers and toes crossed.  I will contact her at the end of the month to see if "It" happened....

We had been married 47 yrs in 2012,,, my husband bought me another beautiful watch...I gently but strongly told him I did NOT want another fancy piece of jewelry all I wanted was a dog & I knew he was smart enough to recognize a better financial deal when it came along!!!...after refusing that fact for 3 yrs he finally threw his hands up and said..."go for it"

Ohhhhhh Elizabeth.....it seems all the stars are lined up!   I'll be waiting excitedly to hear the news!   A new baby!!!!!
