Finn is 14 weeks and 25 lbs.

I went to the vet today and Finn weighed in at 25 lbs. He may end up being bigger than I thought. He parents were only 45 and 50 lbs so I figured he would be about the same. At the rate he is growing, looks like he will be as big as Yankee after all. I am definitely pleased.

Finn is absolutely gorgeous! I've seen a lot of people on here whose pups are larger than expected. Gus and Molly were supposed to be 60-65 pounds as adults. At 4.5 months, they are already 48 and 46 pounds. There must be something in the water!

Your Finn is soooo handsome-I think I will call Lavina at Burkhart about getting a chocolate. Some of the chocolates get so much lighter as they gorw up, but it looks like he is staying true to his colouring. So cute. If he is 25 lbs. at 14 weeks, lets says at 4m ths he will be 30 lbs. Then double that and add 10 lbs or so- that would make him a 70 lb adult doodle, right? I will be interested to see what he weighs in about 6 mths. Lavina told us that Thomas would range from 50-60 lbs at his adult weight. At 10 mths old- he is 75- 80 lbs. Not sure, but he was 70 at his last vet visit and we can see that he has grown taller, longer and is really filling out now. Yikes!
