Food Change Success!

[Camilla and Darwin]

This last week we changed Darwin over from his Holistic Select. The new food, Blue Buffalo. I'm still really disappointed that there are no Fromm retailers where I live. I have called food store after food store, no luck. Oh well, Blue Buffalo is pretty good too. Anyways, we made the switch successfully and I am very happy with the results.

Darwin loves it, he snarfs it right down! I know many dogs love new food and quickly lose interest, but Darwin isn't picky so I'm not too worried. The other benefits are that his breath has improved, and the best of all NO MORE GAS! (Everyone is happy about this). His poop is great too, nice and solid. (I know I'm not the only one who is proud of their dog's perfect poops)

I'm so glad Darwin likes his new food and is doing well with it! Aren't we easy to please, all it takes to make us happy is perfect dog poop!

Love Blue Buffalo, especially their Wilderness Duck and Chicken formulas (Charlie didn't appreciate the Salmon variety so much). Besides being a pretty good food, it's usually available at both Petco and Petsmart, which is very convenient.

It just doesn't get any better than perfect poops. Trust me....I know all too well about the alternative. Perfect poops and food that he LOVES....life is good!

We feed Blue Buffalo basics at our house. It is been helping Sherlock's sensitive tummy. I just picked up some BB puppy food for large breeds for F Scott as he is young and needs to add 10 pounds.

Chicken and Rice Life Protection formula. We aren't exactly sure which formula we'll go with permanently, but he seems to be doing well on this one. I need to do some comparisons on the different ones though.

Yay for the perfect poop.... took 4 foods for me to find the right one for Shelby - now, she is an optimum pooper. (Fromm - Puppy Gold).

My friend Robyn and I were walking our dogs the other day and discussing the various quality of their poops, so I completely understand! I'm glad sweet Darwin has transitioned so smoothly!
