my MIL and i check out the local humane society webpage every so often. ive always said I hope i never see a doodle there because id find it hard to walk away.... now there is one!

theres no way DH will let me get another dog

(FYI, I just posted an update in that discussion. The  wicked witch shelter director has been fired and the shelter closed while investigations continue. Yay!)

no still no home for her. my neighbours went to see her but they have a small dog already so she wasnt suited to them. Our humane society do seem to re-home dogs pretty fast though

I checked out the website and they have an impressive adoption gallery, warms my heart! Though it does make me think twice about accuracy due to the recent scandal that Jane clued us in on.

our humane society has 2 websites, i just found out the below info (after pleading with DH to at least go see her and find out more about her - he still said no) so she wouldnt be a good fit for us as we have 3 cats as well as Cooper

 

Kia is an active, friendly 3 year old spayed female Labradoodle. Her owner was no longer able to take care of her, so she is looking for a new home. Kia would do best in a home with bigger kids and no other pets. She can be a little aggressive towards other dogs and is not used to cats.
