HELP! Where's my brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Doods I don't know what to do, help me. All last weekend my brother got chicken and rice for dinner and my mom kept telling me "Bear's sick" Monday morning my brother had a hard time getting up and mom helped him, once he was outside I tried to play but he wouldn't. Mom went to work then came home and took my brother and left me I howled and barked 1 1/12 hrs until she got back. Mom made her lunch but she seemed distant then she said "have to go back to work" and I ran into my crate, I was O.K. Mom came home a little early without my brother. Mom made me my dinner but I ran around looking for my brother then I realized he wasn't here. After I ate my dinner mom went in and took down my brother's crate. This is really weird, when mom would lean over me and kissed me she'd drip raindrops from her eyes. Oh I was so wet. Mom and I did training after she took down my brothers crate I think I made her happy I stayed in a sit for 10 mins! The problem is, mom came home tonight without my brother..........My best friend.

i can only imagine the perspective of a dog who loses his brother. It's so hard for us the humans to lose a pet but when I think about bear not coming home to play with gus i feel those "raindrops" too. My deepest sympathies to you and your family. Dogs are quite intuitive and I'm sure gus will realize what has happened. I hope that you each take comfort in each other as your grieving process begins. I bet Gus will love to lick those "raindrops" and maybe make you smile in the process. Bear was a handsome boy.
