Don't know if all you remember me, my mom got me from a rescue 9 weeks ago.  I just have to say "I'M TIRED OF MY MOM COMPLAINING ALL THE TIME!"  Don't take this wrong. I love my new house and family and my new brother Gus is GREAT.  Here is the problem;

Lazy me.......when we got home last Sun. night from a weekend away I took Gus' and Rory's gentle leader harness off of them and set them on the floor next to the end of the couch, out of sight.  I always put them in the dog closet but I knew the boys needed to eat and the car had to be unpacked.  Tonight I heard Rory chewing on something I thought it was an antler or tennis ball until I looked over the arm of the couch, yep not only did he chew through his harness he also had to chew through… Continue

What can I say fabulous, fantastic, warm feelings all over, it's been wonderful.  Gus is so HAPPY.  My life has been filled with Doodle Play Gus has a ball in his mouth and Rory comes up and puts his mouth into Gus' and grabs the ball, than the two doodle step starts (no growling) the dance continues until one of them gives up.

Meet Gus' new brother Rory he's a 10 month old double doodle 14 hr trip yesterday to get him, he's a love.  I've been in such a funk since Bear went over the RB yet I wasn't going to get another dog until Gus was perfectly trained.  When I saw Rory aka Percy on petfinder yesterday a.m. Oh his nose (look out JD you have competition) and his eyes I fell in love.  He's a wonderful puppy only lost a sheet of paper and a coaster today.  Comes when called and sits.  I know his "true self" won't…

Got home from work lastnight and they were in the mail. Opened them to check out the colors (beautiful) laid them on my bed, changed my cloths then went in to cook Gus his dinner. While I was cooking his dinner I noticed he wasn't at my feet, off I went to look for him. Hey Doods I don't know what to do, help me. All last weekend my brother got chicken and rice for dinner and my mom kept telling me "Bear's sick" Monday morning my brother had a hard time getting up and mom helped him, once he was outside I tried to play but he wouldn't. Life has been so.........busy. Helping parents, living at the Coast.........company........and finally having one evening alone with my bud's (Bear and Gus) Just spent the last 4 hours reading what I misssed. Just heared on the news tonight "ALL PET STORES ARE BANNED FROM SELLING KITTENS AND DOGS" in hopes to stop kitty and puppy mills. Shelter dogs and kittens can still be displayed, NO MORE sales! I started thinking about this and with everyone here on DoodleKisses if we all went to every Town Hall meeting and expressed how we feel about Pet Stores selling dogs and kittens maybe we could pull this off in our town. My poor ravenous Gus went a little too far this time. He's always been able to "puke up" whole socks & ropes about 3-5 weeks after swollowing "his" prize! Life changed a long time ago, there are NO prizes in this house! Except at Christmas, 12 family members, 5 dogs and dog presents. Tried my hardest to watch MR ravenous Gus, I FAILED.
