I'm Going to New York

Our friend has a darling little Maltese male that she has sold to a lady in upstate New York.  Judy and I have the puppy now and are training it to use pee-pee pads. The lady was going to fly to San Diego from New York to pick up the puppy but. her mom is not feeling well and she cannot make the trip.

 

The lady is quite wealthy and owns a horse farm in upstate New York.  She offered me first class airline tickets plus two days in a New York City hotel if I would fly the puppy from San Diego to NYC.  I am also going to stay a day or so on her horse farm as a guest.

 

I am not used to mixing with such high rollers but, since I originally came from Brooklyn, this is an opportunity to visit the City once again free of charge. I am pretty excited.

What a wonderful trip, we try to get back up to the city every year, and we have our favorite restaurants that we MUST go to, lol, If you go to Little Italy, Forlini's and Il Corteil, my mouth is watering as I am typing...I love NY City, and my son lives in Brooklyn in Brooklyn Heights...Have a wonderful trip, and enjoy the city and the horse farm too.  How exciting for you...

Sounds like lots of fun.  My daughter when to college in NY and then lived/worked in Manhattan for 10 years.  I visited many times.  Being from Brooklyn I guess you know to dress warmly!!!  Good Luck and have a wonderful time!
