Okay Doodle Experts!
Is there a corralation between tail length and height? Charli's tail always seemed to be extra long for her height - she is 22 1/4" tall, her tail is 14" long, she weighs app 38 lbs and is only 6 months old. Anyone have a clue how tall she might be?

I really would like to know if anyone's Doodle had a 14" long tail and how tall did they grow?

ARE you sure he isn't part monkey and hangs from trees part time??? monkadoodle???

She certainly could!! I don't know what Charli's (female) lineage is - she is from an Amish Puppy Mill. I wouldn't put it past them to add 'extras' in there!!

YO, Adrianne
Lacey 13", 38lbs, maybe 23 inches tall. But yes, I just could not resist measuring her tail for you. Oddly, it does not look long like Charli. She has a beautiful tail.

Charli is SUPPOSED (info from Puppy Mill reliable???) to be a LD. Her Mom was an F1b and Dad Standard Poodle. If she held her tail down it probably would be near the floor but she holds it from straight out to straight up. Maybe it looks to darn long because it is so straight.
I just want to know how tall she is going to get - obviously it would be a guesstimate and I won't know until she stops growing.

WOW! Impressive tail, Charli...you go girl! Peri's curls 99% of the time (pretty cute!)...if it straightens, it may be only 10", but she is a mini...16" tall, 21ish pounds.

Jenna great question....
Is Charli a GD or LD? She did not get that tail from a Poodle! Goldens have longer tails than Labs. If she is an LD that will make her tail all the more impressive.
Jordan is 21in tall and her tail is only 12in long.

J - you make me laugh- Jaws music! Charli 's tail sound like a truck backfiring when she wags it against a wall!!

Nancie - if Charli is as tall and gorgeous as Gracie Doodle I will be 1 very lucky doodle mom!

I don't know. I can't uncurl Spud's tail to measure, although I did try this just for you a few months back ( just for you silly A ) and I thought it might be 15'' I agree--Monkey. S
peaking of tails...........................................
Spud's tail reminds me of a Shark. At night in bed I can see his only his tail going back and forth along the bottom of the bed. Pacing, pacing, pacing back and forth until he plops down to sleep.
