I took the girls to the dog park this morning before work and again on the way home. Charli had such a fantastic time playing with other dogs. Unfortunately, this is how she came home - covered in mud! As soon as we walked in he door, she got brushed thoroughly and then the both hit the shower!! Not a happy little doodle.

I find that getting shampoo to Charli's skin takes most of the time! She has a lot of soft, fleecy curls that repels the shampoo! Rinsing and towel drying goes so much faster!

We had to do the same for Curly and Camo on Sunday. They were out playing in the backyard, muddy and wet. They came in covered from head to paws with mud and dirty. I wish I had taken some photos. Washing them is easy because they like water and all, but drying them took like a decade long!!

OMG, she's adorable, mud and all. We had Brody groomed to meet his Grandpa who's coming into town for xmas. Then it rained and snowed and the kids let him out to play in his first snow. He made a mess of himself. Darn doodles.... LOL!

OMGoodness, she is one dirty doodle hahahahaha. I had this rainy weather and doodle feet. I have a big towel right by the door and wipe Lucy down as she is coming through the door.

Adding insult to injury - after working to get both girls clean & smelling great it is going to pour all day tomorrow! Obviously the Doodle Grooming G-ds are not paying attention!
