However, Holly's feet get terrible muddy and she needs them rinsed off just about every time she goes out. I have a fenced acre and a quarter and nothing short of having Holly on a lead will prevent her from getting her feet muddy...
Does anyone know of an easy-on and easy-off set of boots suitable for a 55 pound doodle? Boots just might be my salvation this winter. After all, slipping a set of boots an and off should be easier than rinsing Holly's feet several times daily...

Muttluk fans here as well. JD has the all-season kind. I can't say that they're "easy" to get on, but they do the job.
I just keep a towel near the door to wipe paws. Eight boots on and off multiple times a day would drive me nuts. But if a doodle has been digging, strictly forbidden, said doddle goes in a crate to dry off.
I can't speak yet from experience, but I've been scoping our Ruffwear's boots for Albee. They seem like they are built for the active dog. We may be buying some for the winter.
Richard, I purchased Muttluks All Weather boots for Haley several years ago for snow. The thing I like about them is that they stay on when he is running. They are not that hard to put on but Haley likes to dress up so he is cooperative about it which helps.
