 I love Brownies with nuts in them!

The bacteria I am culturing that I have been doing IV antibiotics for for five months eight hours a day is growing stronger then it was before I started treatment and they don't know why and that scares me beyond imagination.

I have a friend I have never met before in person but met online through our breeder's fan club I moderate and is coming to see me this weekend and I am so excited!!!!! All the way from Wisconsin, just to see little old me.

My Favorite Show is Little House on The Prairie, I can't get enough of that show and good thing for me it is on five hours a day!!!!

I miss working, and being a Nurse. I barely passed high school but when I went to college I worked so hard and I graduated a 4.0. Something I am very proud of. I am the first person in my family to graduate college and I did it being hooked up to an IV almost always.

I believe where there is pain, sickness and sadness, Gods Grace is  way bigger.

I believe in not looking at your circumstances your past or your future, but to look at the moment you are in and find .something to enjoy about it, life for me is so good when I do that, I have so much to be grateful for, and when I look only at that, I am filled with so much joy

Jack and I both ate Vanilla Ice Cream today.

I happen to know who the next HDA is and I am not telling which is big for me because keeping a secret is not my strong point.

I am a hopeless people pleaser and I will do just about anything for the people I love to know how much I love them and how grateful I am for them.

I really, really, want to go on tour of Europe some day and you better bet your bippy I am going to go...

My two favorite movies are Pretty Women and Far and Away.

I wrote this way because I wanted to say something about an update on me since so many people have asked but didn't quite have it in my to poor my heart out....

Last but not least, I have now as I always have, and always will, have my boxing gloves on and I will fight for peace, for my health and for my loved ones.

So there you have it, some facts about me.

Jennifer, I still watch Little House on the Prairie and last night enjoyed one with Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash appearing...LOL!! Keep fighting every day and maintaining your positive outlook on life. Meanwhile, the rest of us will keep you in our hearts and prayers. Get well :)

Thanks for the update!  You are definitely a favorite here on DK.  I really hope they can get everything figured out so that you will get better.  BTW - I LOVED Little House as a kid...FAVORITE show all time.  I still have the DVD's of the seasons, I watch it when it's on TV, and I have all figures of the porcelain Little House doll set.  They are awesome!  I have them in boxes, but I was always waiting to have a daughter to pass them down to when she was old enough...Now I guess since I have two boys (and I don't think they would like them), I'll have to wait for a granddaughter.

Wow, Jennifer! What an inspiration you are! Reading this made me laugh and cry at the same time! We all have our individual struggles but the way you are handling yours is very admirable! When I was diagnosed with breast cancer nearly six years ago, a dear friend told me this:

"Don't worry about tomorrow because God is already there!"
This helped me as I went through my treatments and continues to help me as I live with the fear of a reoccurrence. Please know that I pray daily for you. Hugs to you and Jack!!
