Mommy on speaker phone

I just had to share this...

On my way home from work today I was talking to my husband on my cell phone. He was already home with the pups.  He had let them outside and was having a hard time getting them to come back inside.  They were standing right by the door being their usual snotty selves and refusing to actually step foot in the house.  I told my husband, put me on speaker phone.  Once he did, I said to them, "Seamus, Stella come inside and wait for mom by the door."  It worked!!  They IMMEDIATELY came in and waited for me by the front door.  lol We then tried  a few commands through the phone....sit and lay down....both worked again!! Go figure...they listen better when I'm on the phone than in person!!

I so love this!  we talk to Monty on the phone, but I've never tried giving a command!!but i will now.

Ah, that's so cool. Amazing that they listened to you down the phone. : )   I have a very old cat that lives in the family home with my daughter and when she is on the phone to me she puts Banjo up to the speaker and when he hears my voice he starts purring very loudly.
