Murphy goes for radiation tomorrow

Murphy and I are heading to the LSU vet school tomorrow for his radiation treatment.  Since he will be sedated, I hope they can staple his leg back together. He has made such a mess of it.

Poor Murphy. This is a lot to deal with. I'm hoping the radiation works perfectly and that his leg heals quickly.

Adrianne, thanks for the info. I know where Ponga's is located. I can't believe you had to lick it! I have tried the bitter apple but will give this a shot too.

There must be something different about this site. When he cut his front paw pad (she put 5 staples in just to try and hold it together while we waited the 8 weeks to heal) he did not bother it. I wonder if its because it is over the ankle area and pulls or something.

So glad the radiation went well - how many treatments does he need to have?  Good luck with the leg - can they glue it closed...and stitch it...and staple it?  Murphy is one determined boy.
