Murphy is the first one in!!!
We started filling the pool this morning and altho it's going to be another 12 hours or more, I just couldn't wait any longer to let Murphy jump in. It's about 2-3 feet deep and he just jumped off the step like he's been doing it his whole life.
Bella on the other hand has not quite figured out what all this is just yet. She followed Murphy in without thinking and when she realized she was in water and it was up to her neck, she jumped back out like it was on fire. Then just decided to bark at Murphy to warn him of the scary wet stuff that's now in thier yard.
This is going to be so fun!
I hope to get a video soon as Murphy is just such a ham in the water. And SO fun to play with. I bought him his own raft today. Yes he floats too. Such a hoot.

The pool is gorgeous, I'm so glad Murphy is enjoying himself. Tell him I'm very jealous!
Jackdoodle, on the other hand, has a message for Bella:

Adina, OH NO!!! No more doodles here! I am collecting Grand children now!
Traci, They are like night and day, especially when it comes to swimming I just found out.
Sandy, I don't think it'll work for Max either. Bella started getting out of there quick as soon as it got up to her kneecaps.
Will Luna jump in after a ball? That's how we taught Murphy to. He'd do anything to get a ball.
Thanks everyone. We've been enjoying it a lot so far. It is definitely making 110 degrees much easier to tolerate.

Fun Fun Fun!!! I want to visit with my doods =) When I read Nicky's comment about the new "GD" on the way, I thought ... "waaaah? she's getting a 3rd goldendoodle?" Oh yes...GD can also mean granddaughter... =

I wish the pools we have access to had stairs! It looks like the pups are having a blast :)
Luna LOVES the pool, but she won't jump in from the side.
