Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
Brewster fell into my life a week ago today. Jacquie called me when I was in the middle of moving my daughter to her new place, getting everything together for her wedding 06/11/11, plus she wants me to make her wedding dress! I'm working on it....How could I say "no" it's a Doodle in need. Michele and I did a sort of Doodle train we kept calling each other and changing where we were going to meet. Anderson's Split Pea Soup was the meeting point. It was so great to meet Michele yet so sad to meet the Doodle I was taking home. So thin, no spirit, sad ........Stinky boy too, he was just neautered the day before, can't bath him. He's had some health problems but nothing thats going to hamper his life or has hampered my or my dogs life. I just have to say "he is a love"
When I took him to my Vet last Mon. he was amazed when he looked at his teeth that he was only about 2 yrs. old he said "when I look at Brewster I would guess he was 14 yrs. old."
The boy's dog sitter stopped by the other night to meet Brewster, she was so upset "he's broken" she kept saying it over and over again "he's broken" I said "the wonderful thing about Doodles is they glue back together, it only takes love,"
2 more days and I get to bath him!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last night I thought I smelled a skunk. not............. it was my dear sweet Brewster.
Thank you D.R,C. for letting me help this poor boy get the most wonderful forever family that he deserves.
Added note; if you are reading this, I have to let you know open your hearts and foster it's so rewarding!

Brewster has a story that was obviously sad, with you behind him I am sure the next story will have a happy ending. He is a beautiful boy.
Please keep telling us about him if you can.
